MACHINIST'S STONE 100mm X 40mm Grit C120/C320V
TYROLIT X TITANS of CNC means unparalleled quality!
Product Details
- The Tyrolit Machinist's Stone is precision ground to an optimal flatness profile.
- Built with a two-layer construction process: One layer contains a relatively rough silicon carbide grit with 120 mesh grit dimension to guarantee a certain material removal and the opposite layer contains a fine silicon carbide grit with 320 mesh grit size to ensure a smooth surface finish.
- Both layers are made with a medium-hard vitrified bond system to achieve a free cutting behavior and at the same time keep the plane surface the machinist desires for a long time.
- Apply the stone to the surface with coolant or lubricant to achieve the best result.
